How to view and navigate the calendar in a Work Week
-Choose the View, click Work Week
-Choose the View, click Work Week
-Choose View, click Week to viewing and navigating the calendar in a week
- Choose the View, click the Month to viewing and navigating the calendar in a month.
-Choose View, click Day
a)-Click on the Recurring button to schedule recurring appointments, as shown below:
b)- There is an icon on the screen:
a)- Double click the mouse on the time that you set, click Save and Close button
b)-The appointment was set like below
a)-Click the Reminder and set the reminder time to remind you.
b)-They have a reminder clock on the screen
a)-Click the Find button on Select Names box, then enter the name of the people and click the Find Now button
b)- The result is like below, only one user in this contact list.
a)-Click the New Contact button to enter a new contact list
b)- Enter the data of the user, click Add button to add the e-mail address, click OK
a)-Choose File, choose New, choose Mail Message from the menu bar
b) Enter the recipient’s name(s) or e-mail address in To, Cc, and Bcc text box, or click the To, Cc, Bcc button to select recipient in select dialog box. Type the subject of the message in the subject text box.
-Go to Tools>Accounts
-Click the New> Mail
-Enter your Names
-Enter your E-mail address
-Enter your pop3 server and SMTP server
-Enter your account Names and Passwords
-Choose one using the phone line or LAN
